Contest Terms & Rules

LittleAds – Colquitt County, Georgia

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who meet at least one of the following requirements:

  1. The entrant is a legal resident of Colquitt County, Georgia; or
  2. The entrant resides outside Colquitt County but is currently employed at and regularly works from a business location physically located within Colquitt County, Georgia.

Employees of LittleAds, members of their immediate families, and individuals living in the same household as a LittleAds employee are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, and the spouse of any such person.

Before being confirmed as the winner, a potential winner must provide documentation satisfactory to LittleAds establishing eligibility. Proof may include a valid government-issued identification card or other documentation showing Colquitt County residency. An entrant who qualifies through employment may be required to provide a recent pay statement, written verification from the employer, or other documentation confirming that the entrant is currently employed at and regularly works from a business location physically located within Colquitt County.

If a potential winner fails to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the time specified by LittleAds, provides false or misleading information, or is otherwise found ineligible, that person will be disqualified, will not receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with the Official Rules.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Additional or duplicate entries submitted by the same person will be void and will not increase the entrant’s chances of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must locate ALL SEVEN hidden images that are hidden in various ads inside the current LittleAds publication and correctly enter and submit their answers online at https://littleads.online/enter-contest during the open entry window. Entries must include the advertiser's business name and which image was found for each of the seven hidden images. ALL SEVEN hidden images must be correctly identified to be eligible for the current prize drawing.

4. Drawing

Winners are selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing is not a skill-based contest — correct icon identification is required for eligibility, but the winner is chosen at random from the eligible pool. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes

Prizes are awarded as described in each issue's contest details. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash equivalents unless otherwise stated. LittleAds reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible to report any and all cash winnings as income to both Federal and State Income Tax if required by law.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached within 30 days of the drawing, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. LittleAds' decision is final in all matters relating to the contest. Winner will be asked to have their photo taken, or to provide a current photo, and agrees to allow that photo to be published in future issue(s) of the LittleAds publication and/or LittleAds website.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release LittleAds, its parent company BoxOBux, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. LittleAds is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through contest entries is used solely for administering the contest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. General

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. LittleAds reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Non-Electronic Entry

If you are unable to register electronically for some reason, you may enter by mail. A printable entry form can be printed directly from this site. Multiple entries WILL NOT increase chances to win — extra entries will be discarded. Mailing in a printed registration form will void any entries made online.
